I guess Steve was in a bit of a rush to get this out. The intent was probably either ...nor does Bentley recommend "not installing" or "uninstalling".... "Solution 3 Note: Uninstalling any of the applied Microsoft Security Updates will not correct the problem nor does Bentley recommend not uninstalling any Microsoft security updates."
