Problem Description

Joist Envelope does not display when placing a Bar Joist.

Steps to Resolve

Deleting registry keys for bar joists and also preference files did not help.  Deleting the registry keys allowed a new bar joist to be placed with an envelope, but if it is modified, the envelope will disappear again and then any newly placed bar joists will not have the envelope again.

Uninstalling and cleaning up folders defragging and the installing fresh products fixed the issue .  The registry was also cleaned as well.
