I thought they were all in the help now, but taking a look in the key-in dialog reveals help is incomplete.
In the key-in dialog expand it to its full extent, then in the pop-down mid-way up the right-hand side select HISTORY from the list and you will filter to only the available key-ins for the DH feature.
There are loads of them...
