I'd look at your memory and HD usage during that time. You can see what is happening with the times you have shown. It gets slower and slower by frame. Memory leakage or memory lock as I typically see that the memory get slowly taken away and that your HD usage get hammered as it is using more Virtual Memory every frame. Look at your virtual memory. I bet one is not set as the others. I do best when VM is set to a very high number and the computer does not manage that memory.
