If the Automatic is set it is not a CACHE as recognized above but is a help for production yes. The question in this post is about a CACHE to facilitate Milestone drawing production. It kind of works but is lost at the start of the next milestone. Milestone production is HUGH and expensive if it fails. It is needed to control Liability which is wide open without a tool to carry this need. With the next version ABD might need a couple things that Ustn does not offer to distinguish itself. this would be a good piece to add.
