I also see a difference between BA and ABD, so I can only assume we've made improvements in this area of the code (I don't recall this, but there it is!). As far as click sequence goes, the only factor I'm seeing is that if you place the form from left to right, then you also want to select your shapes from left to right. And vice versa.
