Hello My guess is that this isn't possible at this point in time. A sort of solution, .... though perhaps not very quick, .... would be to export the screen shot/pdf to photoshop. There used to be (and I'm certain must still be somewhere) some low cost/maybe even free, plugins that allow you to get a 'sketch' style effect from your photo or image. Though it may well be that it's not possible to create the linestyle your after, only a general 'sketch' type effect You could export to Sketch up itself, but I found when you did that you would often get all sorts of 'additional' lines, not visible in Microstation, that then appeared in the Sketchup model. The only way I could get rid of them was manually, which took a good few minutes even on a fairly small, straightforward model
