Don't make it too complicated I copied the dataset structure to our "Z" drive and then to a Z" drive on laptops. (This allows movement as you can always make a Z" Dirve so as to keep paths short an dclean Then I deleted every file within that new DATASET ("M2Datase)" Then I have been adding the things that are specfic and different from Bentley's set Then I add to the configuration files - appending things as needed - (E.g. my lines styles wher you just add the directory) Then in some cases I will remove directories I don't use. This way I can go back to virgin territory very easily and our settings are the same as Bentley There may be - and if Bentley is listening - a Company Dataset Variable that just append the company dataset before of after the bentley dataset. Depending on who you want to rule. This would be simplier as you would do what I did first but then only create one variable instead of individual
