I just filed an SR on this too, but I've slightly altered the direction to eliminate use of Auto-Fitting: (Yes, this is very critical...) Please remove Auto-Fittings role in the Apply-Slope process. Instead, please enhance Apply-Slope to NOT replace any fittings in a system during the slope process, but to rebuild each fitting on an individual basis with the exact fitting that existed before Slope. Presently, when applying slope to a system comprised of fittings unsupported by Auto-Fitting, the unsupported fittings are replaced with fictitious, undesired fittings. Each "bad" fitting then needs to be addressed and replaced one at a time. Auto-Fitting is extremely limited, and here's the run-down: 1. Lateral Wye's(Combo's) and P-traps are not supported by AF. 2. AF only supports Tee's/Straight Wye's and Elbows. But, AF does not discriminate between Tee's and Straight Wye's. -It perceives Straight Wye's as Tee's only with a specified branch angle. 3. Further, AF only stores overall "center-end" dimensions of a single Tee at a time, so that Apply-Slope regenerates all Tee's and Wye's according to the single Tee currently stored in AF. So if your sanitary system has 6x6x4 Tee's/Wye's/Combo's, 4x4x4 Tee's/Wye's/Combo's, 4x4x3..., 3x3x3..., 3x3x2..., and etc, then Apply-Slope sees all of them regenerated as per that single Tee stored in Auto-Fitting. (P-traps get regenerated as Elbow's). ...and then it's surgery redoing all those fittings a second time after Slope. Again, the request is to remove the role of Auto-Fitting in the Apply-Slope process. And then, please enhance Apply-Slope to NOT replace any fittings in a system during the slope process, but to rebuild each fitting on an individual basis with the exact fitting that existed before Slope. Thanks, Jeff ...is what I said.
